The editor would like to point out, that this poll is not representative for the whole country. However, it gives a clear indication anyway.

Record of Invalid Votes

The election poll of October 2007, which was carried out between 10th and 20th October  (around the Budget Day), attracted the highest number of voters ever to cast a vote on www.malta-surveys.com. In total 3,399 votes were cast, an all time high for this poll here. But there were over 500 votes which had to be counted as invalid. Those votes were multiple votes, which means that some persons voted more than once. Thanks to a modern tracing software tool these multiple votes could be identified and deducted from the poll result.
The webmaster of www.malta-surveys.com would like to assure all visitors of the site that the methods to identify multiple votes will be improved further in order to minimise fraud and abuse even more.
