NEW ELECTION POLL FORMAT

Although it is not an international standard, the popular election poll of www.malta-surveys.com will give the voters more options in future. It was once more a visitor to this site who came up with a good idea. Thank you very much for this, Mr Souchet!

The new format will also allow the voter to state, if he/she is undecided. The option of voting that you would not vote still remains there, too.

However, the percentages of the various parties will be worked out as usual, based on the valid cast votes minus the NonVoters and also minus the UndecidedVoters.

The Turnout is being calculated as follows: Valid cast votes minus NonVoters and minus UndecidedVoters, division by valid cast votes minus UndecidedVoters.

A separate statement in the election poll's results will give the percentage (over all valid cast votes) of those who are undecided.
